The main restriction on this site is the large public sewer that crosses the site which dictates what space is left to build on. The result is an attractive ribbon type development which winds itself into the site. Although narrow, by clever design of the internal layouts of the building, privacy for the occupiers is maintained and no direct overlooking occurs.
