Outline planning permission for residential development onto former industrial site.

The aim was to ensure that an existing planning permission which was about to lapse, would remain extant and that the detail design would be accepted as part of discharging existing planning conditions. By creating attractive landscaped areas and by using a mix of dwellings and apartments, a high density scheme was achieved without the development feeling cramped.
