Conversion of former agricultural building into three residential properties utilising permitted development legislation.

The conversion of these redundant sheds into residential units, involves the “hollowing-out” of sections of the building to create south facing terraces and to bring natural daylight deep into the existing structure. The horizontal cladding in Red-Cedar is used to emphasise the strong horizontal alignment of the building as a whole which is over 100m in length.
